Rachael Kirkconnell sister Trinity sheds new light on her sibling’s shock split Matt James.
Bachelor the pair were together for four years before James, 33, announced via Instagram this week that they had called it quits – just one day after he and Rachael, 28, shared loved-up posts from a trip to London.
The timing left fans scratching their heads — including the TikTok sleuth Gabby Whitewho shared the video via social media platform on Friday, January 17, sharing speculation as to why gauge it turned out the way it did.
“The last thing I’ll say, which is the strangest to me, is that I know. london content he was probably sponsored,” she said in the video. “He’s probably contractually obligated to post it, but the timing between you liking the happy post, being so loving in the comments, and him liking it, publicly together, to literally 12 hours later posting this insanely worded breakup post, that’s the weirdest part me.”
The video prompted one follower to respond in the comments section: “The old content from London makes sense if it was sponsored, but it seems like he may have edited her or not liked/replied comments about her on posts.”
Jumping in with the new information, Trinity responded to a comment to clarify the timing of the end of her sister and James’ relationship.
“Yeah, so they were still together when he posted all this… just to give some perspective on the timeline of things,” Trinity wrote.
Continuation TikTok posts of White revealed that Trinity claimed that James uploaded his breakup post just three hours after the couple split.

James announced his split from Rachael in the early hours of Thursday, January 16 via Instagram.
“Father God, give Rachael and I the strength to mend our broken hearts. Give us peace about this decision to end our relationship that goes beyond worldly understanding,” James captioned a photo of him and Rachael on The Bachelor Season 25.
James tagged Rachael in the post, adding: “Show our friends and family kindness and love to comfort us. And remind us that our joy comes from you, Lord 💔.”
James chose Rachael as the winner of The Bachelor during season 25, which aired in early 2021. However, on the After the Final Rose special in March of that year, James said they broke up after Rachael’s past racially insensitive social media activity resurfaced she discovered The couple reconciled a month later.
Following the post, some Bachelor fans questioned whether Rachael was “blindsided” by the breakup.
