WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Progressive US President Joe Biden will sign an executive order on Sunday aimed at prioritizing government resources to help economically vulnerable Americans – a day before he leaves the White House.

It also tells federal officials in areas that have recently experienced natural disasters to identify financial opportunities to address long-term economic and infrastructure development needs.
