Two weeks after announcing the birth of her second child, Sophia Grace Brownlee shares an update.
Jan. 5. Brownlee he announced that her second child, a girl, was born on December 29.
Now Brownlee is announcing her baby daughter’s name.
On January 19, the social media star who became known to the world after appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in 2011, she shared a photo of herself and her baby girl standing in front of a wall decorated with balloons and flowers.
The balloons had her name on them, Athena Rose.
Her middle name is seemingly a nod to her cousin, Rosie McClellandwhich went viral alongside Brownlee almost 14 years ago.
After announcing Athena’s birth, Rosie commented on a video she posted two days later, writing: “I love her so much. I’m proud of you.”
Rosie later shared a photo on her account of herself sitting next to Brownlee and Athena.
“Life with you has been so special lately and I am so proud of you, my cousin, my best friend!”
In her latest YouTube videoRosie called Brownlee’s birth “a shock because she gave birth early” but added that Athena is “beautiful”.
“She’s literally the best mom in the world,” Rosie confided, admitting that Brownlee has a video of her giving birth that she shared with Rosie.
“I have baby fever,” Rosie said, but added that she wanted to wait until her thirties to have children.
Athena joined her big brother, whom Brownlee gave birth to in February 2023.
