RHOBH Recap: Kyle Richards Leaves After Breaking 4th Wall

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was more dramatic than usual – thanks Kyle Richards.

“I’ll say something and then leave. I don’t understand how it all went so wrong,” Kyle, 56, told her RHOBA castmates during the Tuesday, January 21 episode. “I can’t do this anymore. I really can’t. I’m trying to be in a good place in my life. I want to say one thing and then I’m leaving.”

Kyle’s breakdown came when the rookie arrived Bozoma St. John hosted women at her home for a wellness party. Questions about Kyle’s text messages Dorit Kemsleyestranged husband PK Kemsleyhe came again.

“I’m leaving.” Please, okay. I love you PK and your kids and you know it. I know you do,” Kyle said directly to Dorit. “I was made to feel like I had done something wrong – I texted PK. So I said I’ll read it once and that’s it.”

Kyle claimed the message was made to look like “maybe it was something weird”.

Last week RHOBA featured Kyle reading the elusive message she sent PK after him and Dorit announced their separation in May 2024.

“I know you have a lot of friends, but I’m one too and I’m here if you need me. I have never repeated anything you have ever shared with me and never have. (That means you can always trust me),” the message read. “He’ll keep sending memes and he won’t forget the laughing emoticons.”

Kyle read it again during Tuesday’s episode — and this time, Dorit heard the message.

The “never repeated anything” line was needed most explanation from Kylewhich seemed to give.

“I’m not thinking about you,” she said, pointing at Dorit. “That’s not what I’m talking about. I’m talking about, well, which I can’t say because we’re shooting and producing.”

Kyle continued to raise her voice and added, “That’s all I said. I’m done now. I’m not going to feel like I did anything wrong,” Kyle said through tears in the clip before speaking directly to Dorit. “I love you and your family. F- everyone, I’m done with this s-. I don’t do that anymore.”

Garcelle Beauvais she made it clear that she didn’t trust Kyle.

“I don’t understand what her conversation with PK has to do with the production,” she said in the confessional. “If you’re having a private conversation with someone and you want to say, ‘I’m never going to share what we talked about.’ … You would write with production. And she didn’t.”

The fourth wall was broken at various times throughout the episode. Not just the two of you RHOBA plays a direct reference to the production, but cameramen were seen as Kyle exited Bozoma’s house. (Kyle earlier addressed walking off set during the interview with My Weekly published November 2024.)

“Everyone has bigger f-ing problems and yet it’s all they can focus on,” Kyle said through tears. “I mean it literally, look at all of us. Our age and what we do? To be confronted like this every day over this stupidity. Honestly, everyone should be ashamed of themselves. Seriously.”

Finally, Dorit and Kyle sat down for a one-on-one interview.

“When you write things like, ‘You know I would never share anything.’ That doesn’t feel right to me,” said Dorit. “You would never say that on camera.

Kyle again stated that she didn’t mean anything that was said about Dorit. She doubled down on it in the confessional, but Dorit had other feelings.

Elsewhere in the episode, Dorit went for a spa treatment Erika Jayne where they discussed what happened.

“I know what the text says, I know what the text means. I know what Kyle is trying to imply it means, but I think it’s pretty much a hoax,” Dorit stated. “When she said, ‘I’m never going to repeat what we’re talking about. Or I’ll never repeat what we’re talking about.” So plain and simple about me. About nothing else.”

Erika disagreed with Dorit’s take on the situation.

“It’s assumed to be you, but you don’t know for sure,” Erika said. “I’m not going to jump to conclusions.
