Jenna Dewan reflected on the lessons she’s learned over the past year after coping with her divorce Channing Tatum.

She added: “I can truly say that I welcome every challenge with the question, ‘Why is this here and what is this going to teach me?’ Sometimes things break because you can’t fit in the vessel anymore, and that’s okay.’

Dewan claimed she was “not looking for perfection but presence” in the new year, which she promised he no longer holds back in life. “Each new chapter is a gift waiting to be unwrapped,” Dewan wrote. “I am so grateful for my family, the love and presence of my partner Steve, and the adventures we will have this year.
