“Celebrating my mothers (sic) victory in her divorce case!” Batsheva, 31, shared via TikTok on Tuesday, Jan. 21, captioning the post: “@juliahaart finally got her freedom.”
In the clip, 53-year-old Haart and her loved ones sing and dance DJ Khaled“All I do is win” in the flat. At the end of the video, Haart and her daughter — who is holding a glass of champagne — embrace sweetly.
“Everyone gets champagne!” Batsheva said, grabbing glasses from the table.

My Weekly on Tuesday, Jan. 21, confirmed that Haart has acquired a 50 percent stake in Freedom Holding — the company that owns ex-wives agency Elite World Models. She was also granted power of attorney for 50 percent of Scaglia.
The judge also ruled that Haart could receive $7.4 million in unpaid management fees between 2019 and 2021 and half of the proceeds from a Kees Van Dongen painting owned by Freedom Holding that Scalgia sold for nearly $3 million. Haart also won half of the cash withdrawals Silvio made from their businesses since their divorce began.
Haart also claimed to have returned to the role of interim CEO while she looked for someone to fill the gig. Haart shared a statement that “justice has been served.”
Page Six further announced Tuesday that Haart also received the ex-spouses’ $65 million condo and nearly $10 million in cash.
Haart’s lawyer, Michael Beyda Chemtob’s Moss, Forman and Beyda also released a statement: “Julia Haart has faced immense challenges over the past three years, yet her resilience and commitment to her values have been unwavering. This victory is a testament to the power of staying true to yourself and refusing to sink to the opposition’s level. We are deeply grateful to Judge Pearlman for holding Mr. Scaglia accountable for his actions and inactions.”
Haart’s legal battle with Scaglia began in February 2022, when Our confirmed she filed for divorce two years after the couple said “I do.” While they were married, Haart was named CEO of Scaglio’s modeling and talent agency Elite World Group.
After news broke that Haart and Scaglia had broken up, she was fired and claimed that she “completely blind” by his actions. One day after the filing and her departure from the company, Haart was accused of making “illegal withdrawals” from EWG’s bank account. Page Six went on to report that Haart had filed for a restraining order against Scaglio, claiming he had become “increasingly volatile, abusive and unhinged.”
In March 2022 Our exclusively confirmed that Scaglia filed a complaint against Haart, claiming she stole a Bentley for $401,500 which was owned by EWG. Three months later, Haart filed a lawsuit alleging that Scaglia withdrew $1.5 million from an account that held her CEO salary. In December 2022, Scaglia dropped the lawsuits filed against Haart.
