From the premiere Love is blind in 2020, fans have been questioning how effective the concept of speed dating without seeing each other is.
The show, which aired for seven seasons and spawned several international iterations, follows free dating in pods within 10 days. The kicker, of course, is that they can’t see each other. If couples find love, they get engaged without ever meeting face to face.
After leaving the pods, the pair decide whether their blind love cwithstand real pressures and the wedding date within weeks.
Love is blind has proven to be a success with several couples, since Lauren Speed and Cameron Hamilton on Bliss Poureetezadi-Goytowski and Zack Goytowski, find lasting love. Bliss and Zack even welcomed first Love is blind childa daughter named Galileo, in 2024.
