“Wheel of Fortune” Host Ryan Seacrest was knocked to the ground after an overly excited contestant competed on the beloved game show for the big prize money.
A Pittsburgh native named Daniel showed how ecstatic he was, after an intense bonus round during Tuesday night’s episode.
The category was “Living Beings” and Daniel chose the letters H, G, D and O. After settling on G _ _ _ _ ES, the “Wheel of Fortune” contestant rang the bell in what viewers called a “crazy”. ” moment.

Once the player guessed “Guppies”, Daniel jumped in excitement before hugging Seacrest and accidentally knocking him over.
After Seacrest was pushed to the ground, Daniel continued to ask the host if he was okay.
Secured Seacrest him: “I’m fine, I’m fine.”
The “Wheel of Fortune” announcer was heard saying, “Daniel, be careful with our host, but celebrate with $40,000,” as the contestant took home the grand prize.
Seacrest, 50, was seen holding his back in pain, walking away from Daniel as he approached the host.
“Did I make you fall?” he asked again, as the host proceeded to hide behind the mini wheel, while announcing that Daniel would take home a total of $71,950 for his overall wins on the game show.
After Seacrest and Daniel hugged, the host jokingly winced and said, “Vanna, you have to take charge, but how did you do that at the last second?”
“Push you or solve the puzzle?” Daniel laughed and then apologized to Seacrest once again.
The “American Idol” host responded, “No, don’t worry, I loved it.”
The official YouTube account for “Wheel of Fortune” shared a recap of the strange moment, when Seacrest began the clip and said, “Throw me, throw me, I’m all for it,” along with co-host Vanna White.

On the game show instagram account, the caption of the recap video read, “Bookmark this video for when we see an influx of people tackling Ryan on the show,” along with a laughing emoji.
Fans were quick to comment on Seacrest’s fall in “Wheel of Fortune.”
“We’re glad Ryan is okay,” he said. official “Danger!” The Instagram account wrote in the video.
Another viewer commented: “That tackle is worth a lot of money!”

“Oh, Ryan. Way to go, Daniel!!!” commented one fan.
One “Wheel of Fortune” fan wrote: “Ok, I haven’t really been able to understand this game, the last two bonus rounds solve the contestants have been solving with VERY FEW letters this season, the solutions have been CRAZY.”
In June 2023, former host Pat Sajak announced that he would be leaving the show. A week later, it was announced that Seacrest would take over as host for season 42.
After Sajak’s last episode aired in 2024, Seacrest decided social networks to say goodbye to the longtime host.
“Pat, congratulations on an incredible run with Wheel of Fortune! Your dedication, charm and wit have made the show a beloved part of American television for decades,” he wrote on Instagram along with a photo of himself, Sajak and White.
