“I’m 19 years old so they keep calling me an idiot,” Hart, 49, joked. My Weekly when discussing his appearance on Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test. “I’m looking forward to 35 and I’m not an idiot anymore.”
Jokes aside, Hart had a real answer to share with us.
“I think it’s communication, having teammates (and) talking about bad situations,” Hart said. “Marriage is not easy and it always comes back to the table.

Hart and Pink, 45, St. in 2001they tied the knot in 2006. Despite splitting two years later, they finally reconciled in 2010. The singer and Hart welcomed daughter Willow and son Jameson in 2011 and 2016 respectively.
According to Hart, he and Pink are “highly competitive in anything”.
“Everything is a competition, especially with me,” Hart joked. “We are highly, highly competitive people.

“My wife is about to to end a 2-year tourwho I came from touring with for this show, and we eat, sleep, breathe and stuff, yeah, it was hard,” Hart admitted. Our. “It was probably a nice holiday for my wife, it was a couple of weeks away from me, but it was tough.

The missing home eventually became “an afterthought” for Hart after he got “so immersed in it”. his special units training.
“Once you’re there and you get on that ship to start the show, the intensity and the lack of sleep and the lack of thought process in anything other than what you’re doing at the time,” Hart recalled. “Your nerves are fraying, your anxiety is flowing, your adrenaline is rising. It was just a total immersion situation.”
This does not mean that any part special units it was easy to handle.
“For me, the unknown was the hardest. We are all in control of our lives. We get out of bed, go through the day, make decisions,” Hart said. “When you give up those opportunities to decide for yourself, to fall in line and follow DS and go through this experience; that was probably the most shocking bit for me.”
Hart also learned to be able to “dig a little deeper” to constantly overcome obstacles in every task.
“It’s easy to throw in the towel when you’re in your day-to-day life, and this was a situation where if you threw it in, you went home,” Hart said.
