President Donald Trump declared national emergency after touring the devastation of the Fires in Los Angeles with residents who were personally affected by the disastrous event.
Trump traveled to South of California On Friday to evaluate the damage of the recent forest fires that destroyed more than 10,000 structures in the Los Angeles area and tragically they charged the lives of almost 30 people.
Trump made an aerial tour of the area before his landing, with images that show the once luxurious neighborhood reduced to ashes.
Then, the president and the first lady Melania Trump experienced the damages closely and met with the local authorities and community members for a tour of the destroyed neighborhoods of Pacific Palisades.

“It’s not even credible,” Trump told journalists at the scene.
Trump sat at a round table with the mayor of Los Angeles, Karen Bass, and other state officials. When the president entered the room, people were heard shouting “USA, USA, USA!” Bass greeted the president and said his presence was welcome.
“It is an honor to be with you,” during the meeting, saying that the owners told him that they want to rebuild their homes in the area.
Trump said he would sign an executive order to open the water valves in the area.
“I don’t think you can realize how hard and devastating it is until you see it,” Trump said about the damage of forest fires. “The Federal Government supports them 100%.”
Trump said he will renounce federal permits for reconstruction in the area. “I will be the president to help them solve it,” he said. “We are going to give up all federal permits … because a federal permit can take 10 years … We don’t want to take 10 days.”
After the fires broke out, Trump blamed Governor Gavin Newsom and the municipal democratic policies for damage, citing their forest and water management policies.
Newsom was waiting for Trump on the track when he left Air Force One and was seen shaking hands with the president in his first face to face from the inauguration.
“First, thanks for being here. It means a lot for all of us,” Newsom told Trump after gathering on the Lax track in Los Angeles, shortly after 3 in the afternoon, local time. “We will need your support. We will need your help.”

Trump traveled to North Carolina to tour the damage of the hurricane, before heading to California for his first visit to the State since he assumed the presidency.
