The Smartwatch Garmin firm faces a reaction after customers around the world complained that their devices were not working.
Some users reported having seen a blue triangle when they tried to light their watch, while others were trapped on their home screen.
Garmin’s Smart Watches 8, which are sold for just under £ 1,000 ($ 1,200), are some of the devices that have problems, however, not all watches are affected by the interruption.
The firm told the BBC that it was aware of the problem and suggested that the users restore their devices, and added that “it would provide more information about a permanent solution when available.”
Customers have resorted to social networks to express their frustration in their smart watches that do not work properly and what many see how the company’s slow response.
