Sean “Diddy” Combs faces yet another sexual assault lawsuit amid his ongoing legal woes.
According to the suit obtained My Weekly on Friday, December 20 LaTroya Grayson is suing the rap mogul over a 2006 incident in which she was allegedly drugged and raped at Diddy’s party. (TMZ was the first to report it.)
It all started when Grayson’s sibling won a contest at an Oklahoma radio station. The prize included round-trip airfare for the winner and a guest, a hotel room in New York and two tickets to Diddy’s “White Party.”
Grayson claims in court documents that she and her sibling went to a party that was changed to a “Black Party.” The alleged victim said she was able to get inside the event while her sibling was left outside.
After two drinks at the party, Grayson said she started to feel sick and headed to the bathroom.
Grayson said in court documents that she has no memory of the rest of the night, but she does remember waking up at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York with a torn shirt and no underwear.
After flying back to Oklahoma, Grayson said in court documents that she received a call from an anonymous woman who allegedly told her not to pursue Diddy because he was a “celebrity” and she would only be “wasting her time.”
TMZ also reported that Grayson’s attorney Ariel Mitchell she said her client chose not to report the rape at the time out of fear and confusion.
In a statement to TMZ, Diddy’s team denied Grayson’s allegations, saying, “Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking. Ms. Grayson admits she does not remember the events described in her complaint, does not know who was allegedly involved and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Her accusations against him are pure fiction. As we’ve said before, Mr. Combs can’t respond to every baseless lawsuit and lawyer-driven hoarding of money. He believes in a judicial process in which fact will be separated from opportunistic fabrications such as these.
According to her account, Grayson has no recollection of the alleged assault. She also never mentions that she actually saw or spoke to Diddy at the event.
The lawsuit comes after Diddy was arrested in September for sex trafficking, extortion and other alleged crimes. The accusation was denied by a he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
Since Diddy’s arrest in New York, many alleged victims have filed lawsuits against him. While he remains in a Brooklyn jail while he awaiting criminal trial in May 2025, Diddy maintained his innocence and denied all civil charges against him.
“Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defense and the integrity of the judicial process,” the statement said. Our in October. “The truth will prevail in court: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone – adult or minor, male or female.”
