Air accident at the Reagan Washington National Airport indicates a land stop

All flights at the Reagan National Airport in Arlington, Virginia, stopped on Wednesday night after a small plane fell.

The Fire and EMS department of DC confirmed in a position in X that a small plane fell near the Potomac River near Reagan National Airport, added that they were on the scene.

The Washington DC Police Department published in X that it was responding to an apparent plane crash on the Potomac River, adding that several agencies were responding.

The scene shows numerous emergency teams responding.

A video posted in X and captured from the webcam at the Kennedy center caught what seems to be an explosion in the air near the Potomac River.
