EXCLUSIVE: Doral, Florida – The leaders within the largest caucus of the Republican Party of the Chamber are drawing a red line in the budget conversations of the Republicans of the Congress.
The management group of the Republican Study Committee (RSC) is asking that any budget reconciliation plan ultimately lead to reductions in the United States deficit, which occurs when federal government’s expenditure exceeds its income in a determined fiscal year.
