Police in San Antonio has arrested a man who, according to reports, in the country illegally in relation to the murder of his older partner, Ksat first reported.
San Antonio Police He confirmed to Ksat that Alberto Rafael Ferrer Cabrera, 26, was arrested Saturday in relation to the death of his 81 -year -old partner.

According to the judicial records obtained by Ksat, Cabrera claimed to have killed his partner.

When the officers arrived at the scene, they found their partner, an 81 -year -old man, stabbed to death.
Judicial records show that Cabrera was arrested and accused of murder and illegal entry of a foreign nation.
Police told KSAT that they are still working to determine a reason for murder or what led to the alleged deadly incident.
An ice arrest allows the jail to keep Cabrera for up to 48 hours, which gives time to the United States National Security Department to comply with the Federal Immigration Law.

The arrest gives ICE the ability and time to determine if they will take Cabrera in federal custody for deportation.
Fox News Digital contacted ICE and the San Antonio Police Department to comment, but did not receive an answer immediately.

The arrests are among thousands throughout the country since the Trump administration assumed the position in January. Trump promised to launch a “historical” mass deportation operation. The authorities have said that they are prioritizing public security threats, but they also do not exclude illegal immigrants who have no convictions or criminal charges.
The administration has raised a series of restrictions of the age of Ice agents, including the limits of their ability to enter “sensitive” areas such as churches or schools.
