How to stay on vacation without losing it!


It’s that time of year again: holiday parties, festive activities, and treats everywhere you go.

4. Stay hydrated + Get plenty of sleep

Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night to protect your overall well-being and help you resist the temptation of unhealthy snacks when you’re tired.
