President Donald Trump On Friday he signed an executive order that reduced all foreign aid to South Africa, citing concerns about the country “seizing” the agricultural property of ethnic minorities Afrikaners without compensation.
Trump alleged South AfricaThe recently promulgated expropriation expropriation law of 2024 “dismantles equal opportunities in employment, education and business.”
The order indicates that the “odious rhetoric” and government actions have been “feeding disproportionate violence against racially disadvantaged land owners.”

The South African president, Cyril Ramaphosa, previously issued a statement arguing that no land was confiscated.
“We hope to participate with the Trump administration about our agrarian reform policy and issues of bilateral interest,” according to the statement. “We are sure that of those commitments, we will share a better and common understanding about these matters.”
The law allows the country to take land for a public purpose or in public interest, while offering fair and equitable compensation.
However, Fox News Digital previously reported expropriation has not yet happened.

The executive order also states that South Africa has taken “aggressive” positions to the United States by accusing Israel of genocide, instead of Hamas, and “revitalize” its relationship with Iran to develop commercial, military and nuclear arrangements.

Pointing out those concerns, establishes the executive order USA. The alleged violations of the Rights Commission of the Government of South Africa cannot be supported.
In addition to eliminating help and assistance, the order notes that the United States will promote the resettlement of Afrikaner refugees that escape discrimination based on the breed sponsored by the Government, which includes the confiscation of racially discriminatory property.
He Secretary of State and the Secretary of National Security will prioritize humanitarian relief, including admission and resettlement through the United States Refugee Admission Program, according to the Order.
