The Education Department of President Donald Trump plans Investigate California The Athletic Association of Public Schools, the Interestic Federation of California (CIF), for not fulfilling its executive order to prohibit the transgender athletes of the Sports Girls.
He California Family Council (CFC) praised the decision.
“The California Family Council celebrates the decision of the United States Department of Education to initiate a Title IX investigation into the CIF for their role in allowing men to compete in girls’ sports,” the statement said.
“For too long, CIF has turned a blind eye to the concerns of athletes, parents and coaches, prioritizing the radical gender ideology about the equity, security and integrity of female athletics. This research is a crucial step to restore the Justice in high school sports.

The CFC scope director Sophia Lorey said that the Trump administration intervention has made her cry “tears of joy.”
“As a four -year -old University Athlete and three -year -old captain, I have been fighting that all girls have the same sports opportunities I had,” Lorey said. “CIF policies have undermined decades of very close victories for female athletes, and it is time for them to respond for the damage they have caused. CIF has ignored these injustices for too long, and we hope that this investigation will finally force them to say the security and justice of girls about the feelings of confused boys. “
Lorey has advocated girls affected by the inclusion of transgender athletes in California for three years.
Lorey intervened at Martin Luther King high school in Riverside, California, in autumn, when a national controversy broke out on a transgender athlete that took a university place of the field corridor through a girl.
That girl, Taylor Starling, took the matter in her own hands when she and her teammate Kaitlyn Slavin made t -shirts that said “saving girls from girls” and began using them at school. Then they filed a lawsuit against the school district when the administrators allegedly scolded them for using the shirts and compared them with the swastika.
Starling’s father, Ryan Starling, expressed his gratitude to the Trump administration for taking measures to investigate the challenge of the state of the recent executive order.

Even school administrators who work within the CIF jurisdiction are celebrating the Doe investigation.

The president of the Chinese School Board Unified, Sonja Shaw, told Fox News Digital that she is asking for consequences for all the institutions that have allowed transgender athletes to participate in girls sports.
“As the mother of two CIF athletes, president of the School Board and Ombudsman, I have seen firsthand the devastating impact of these policies. Girls are being pushed to the side, their security is compromised and their opportunities are being being stolen, “Shaw said.
“This research is a critical step in the right direction, but we need real and decisive action. CIF, and any entity that violates title IX, must face consequences, including the withdrawal of financing.
“We warn you, Cif. Now, face the consequences.”

Amber French, a female swimmer at the Baptist University of California, argued that the CIF that allows transgender athletes to compete with girls will deprive the biological athletes of university opportunities and endanger their safety.
“If you allow men to compete in women’s sports, less women will have the opportunity to go to CIF and swim in front of university coaches to be recruited,” French told Fox News Digital. “Allow men who do not want to compete against their sex competing in female races to take away all working female athletes. There are categories separated by a reason.
“This research is the first step to protect the integrity, security and opportunities of women’s sports.”
The CIF told Fox News Digital that it has been notified of the next investigation.
“While the CIF has been notified of the investigation, we do not comment on pending investigations,” said a CIF spokesman.
Trump’s Doe will also investigate the Athletics Association of the Minnesota High School for refusing to comply with the Executive Order.
The DOE is also investigating the State University of San José, the University of Pennsylvania and the Massachusetts Interest Athletic Association for separate incidents involving Transgender athletes Competing in a female or female sports team.
