The United States Travel Association requested an urgent modernization of air traffic control technology and the nation’s air traffic controllery solutions.
“The United States is looking at a historical opportunity: the question is whether we will take advantage of the moment or fall into madness,” said Geoff Freeman, president and CEO of the United States Travel Association.
“The next few years will bring a demand for unprecedented trips that our systems are not prepared to handle. Washington has a small window to fix the main travel pain points and unlock an economic opportunity of $ 100 billion, but will require a level of a level of urgency that has missed in recent years. ”
