Many Americans may be worried about flying some of the recent travel news.
There are some travelers who have always been worried about boarding a plane, and who practice certain rituals to help them give them some tranquility while they are in the air.
Brian Morris de Salt Lake City, Utah, created “Deck Flight Deck: Fear of Flying Flash Cards” to create and share tips for nerve flyers to use during takeoff procedures.
Morris shared a video on Tiktok pointing out that some anxious flyers Touch next to the plane while they approach, and asked others to share their own rituals.
