Boxing results: Callum Smith’s body attack leads to Victoria over Joshua Buatsi

Callum Smith (31-2, 22 kos) put on a beautiful clinic of body blows to defeat the undefeated interim semi-stated weight champion of the OMB, Joshua Buatsi (19-1, 13 kos) for a unanimous decision of 12 rounds Saturday night in the Arena kingdom in Riad, Saudi Arabia.

Smith, 6’3 ″, was downloading Buatsi with powerful shots to the body all the fight and taking fire without any problem. Buatsi used a lot of pressure to use Smith in the posterior rounds.

Smith returned strong in 11 and 12 to hurt Buatsi with huge shots in the head and body. Even in an exhausted state, Smith was very hard in 12 and had Buatsi standing. I don’t know how he was awake because he took some monstrous blows from Callum.
