Later, on Saturday, Musk said the report should take less than five minutes for employees to write. The deadline to respond to the email is at 11:59 pm on Monday.

In another publication, Musk responded to White House Quick response account in which he presented what the Administration has done in the last week, which included Trump signing executive orders to expand access to in vitro fertilization (IVF) and finish the benefits for illegal immigrants.
“That would be a very impressive and long list for you!” Musk replied.
“However, the approval rating is literally ‘can you send an email with words that make sense?'” He continued. “It’s a low bar.”
A spokesman for the United States personnel management office (OPM) confirmed Musk’s plans.

“As part of the Trump administration commitment with an efficient and responsible federal workforce, OPM is asking employees to provide a brief summary of what they did last week at the end of Monday, cc’ing to its manager,” he said The spokesman in a statement to Fox News Digital. “The agencies will determine the next steps.”
However, the new FBI director, Kash Patel, has ordered the agency employees not to respond to OPM email, according to ABC News.
“FBI staff may have received an OPM email requesting information,” Patel told employees. “The FBI, through the director’s office, is in charge of all our review processes, and will review according to the FBI procedures. The Labor Union of the American Federation of Government employees said it plans to “challenge the illegal endings of our federal members and employees throughout the country.”
“It is cruel and disrespectful that federal employees are forced to justify their labor duties to this billionaire out of contact, privileged and not chosen that he has never made a single hour of honest public service in his life,” wrote the union in X.
