“She told the agents that Lohan had taken her out of a chair in her residence a few days before. The plaintiff felt pain and discomfort. A deputy woman was able to witness the bruises in the body of the plaintiffs,” the statement continued.

Lohan was arrested at his residence in North Harris County, and is arrested with a bail of $ 30,000. It is due in court on Monday.
