Dux leader ELON ALMIZCLE He suggested that the United States has a “tyranny of the Judiciary” after a series of judicial decisions that have stopped or blocked some of the executive orders of President Donald Trump, while saying that corrupt judges must be accused and eliminated.
In an X publication, Musk lamented the judicial decisions that have blocked some of Trump’s executive orders, many that have included cutting the unnecessary expenditure of the government and deporting illegal immigrants.
“If any judge anywhere can block each presidential order everywhere, we have no democracy, we have tyranny of the Judiciary,” Musk wrote.

The publication came hours after a federal judge blocked the raids for Immigration authorities Point to certain places of worship and another gave the Trump administration two days to resume hundreds of millions of dollars in payments for projects of the International Development Agency (USAID) worldwide.
On Monday, a federal judge also blocked the Efficiency Department of the Musk Government (Doge) to access personal records in the Department of Education (Ed) as part of its cost reduction sweep.
In response to Musk’s post, American senator Mike Lee, a republican of Utah, said: “Corrupt judges must be accused. And be eliminated. Pass it if you agree.”

“It’s the only way,” Musk replied.
Cited the expulsion of rivals to El Salvadoran President Nayib Bukele. Parliamentary leaders in that country recently fired the judges of the Supreme Court and a general prosecutor.
“The only way to restore people’s rule in the United States is to accuse the judges,” Musk said. “No one is above the law, including judges. That is what was needed to fix El Salvador. The same applies to the United States.”
“Unfortunately, as President Bukele articulates eloquently, there is no other option,” he added. “We must accuse to save democracy.”

Bukele replied, saying that “if you don’t accuse corrupt judges, you can’t fix the country.”
“They will form a poster (a judicial dictatorship) and block all the reforms, protecting the systemic corruption that put them in their seats,” he added.
