ICE arrest 16 illegal immigrants in the raid of the Mississippi workplace

Federal agents of immigration arrested 16 illegal immigrants Trapped trying to flee a Mississippi business during a raid in the workplace, authorities said.

The Immigration and Customs Control of the United States (ICE), the border patrol of the United States and other agencies were in the pretense partners of the Gulf coast, in Pass Christian on the Gulf coast to carry out a raid of the workplace, Ice said.

“While they served the paperwork and interviewed the employees, the agents observed a large group of people who are executed from the back of the commercial property,” says an ICE press release.

The agents caught 18 people from Mexico, Guatemala and Honduras. Two of the trapped had dates from the Immigration and Labor Authorization Court and were released.

One of the 18 was a 16 -year -old Mexican citizen who was arrested by the refugee resettlement office.

According to the Federal Law, employers must verify the eligibility of identity and employment of all its workers, said Ice.

The raids of the workplace did not exist during the Biden administration. Under the president Donald TrumpBorder and immigration authorities have modified operations aimed at illegal immigrants, particularly those with criminal record.
