President Donald Trump is expected to issue an executive order, possibly Thursday, destined to abolish the Department of EducationThe Wall Street Journal reported.
The newspaper cited several people informed about the matter and reviewed a draft of the order.
He directs that the Secretary of recent Education, Linda McMahon, “take all necessary measures to facilitate the closure of the Department of Education” based on “the maximum appropriate extension and allowed by law.”
