Death of Jodi Vance: 911 Audio says that the bodybuilder was ‘vomiting all morning’


More details have been revealed about the tragic death of the 20 -year -old bodybuilder Jodi Vance.

TMZ Sports obtained 911 audio from a call to Vance’s wife while in her hotel room in Columbus, Ohio, during the Arnold Sports Festival.

During the call, the woman told her Columbus police Vance had “fainted in bed” and added that he had been “vomiting all morning” before being unconscious.

“She does not wake up and will not answer us,” the woman told operator 911.

The woman was told that the aid was on her way, but Vance died of a heart attack caused by severe dehydration, her family announced.

Vance’s family used his Fitness Instagram page to deliver the news of his death.

“His heart stopped due to severe dehydration complications,” Instagram page saying. “Despite all the hospital efforts, they could not relive it.

“He was a beautiful person inside and out, and they will miss her every day. This was sudden and unexpected. Please give her family time to process this loss in peace. If someone takes some of this, please put their health first.”

Justin Mihaly, Vance’s coach, said in an Instagram video that knew the reason behind severe dehydration, which led to fatal heart attack, “extremely dangerous substances.”

“Jodi made a serious mistake,” Mihaly said in the video. “Jodi used two extremely dangerous substances to improve her physique, I suppose that only for the Arnold Expo, without my knowledge, my approval, without the knowledge of the family, her approval … there is no reason for her to have been dehydrating.”

Mihaly said she had the consent of Vance’s mother, Jenny, to publish the Instagram video that explained what she thought she led to severe dehydration.

“You are welcome to direct your guilt towards me if so you think we can better honor Jodi,” Mihaly continued in the video.

Vance recently took third place in the 2024 NPC Battle of Texas In the physical division of women.
