Willis’s lawyer, John Picerno, told Fox News Digital that he was “surprised that Jordan was accused of the death of his three friends.”
“That was contrary to what the prosecutor’s office told me several months ago,” said Picerno.
“The declaration of probable cause presented by the State is consistent with what Jordan said it happened. Jordan argues that he is not responsible for buying or supplying the drugs that led to the death of his three friends. We are anxious for the day when a jury listens to all the evidence in this case.”
