‘Worse to come’ since the former cyclone approaches Australia

Hundreds of thousands of houses have no power, since the storm Alfred brings strong winds and heavy rains to the east coast of Australia.

Initially called Cyclone Alfred, the weather front was reduced to a tropical low with winds established to reach up to 85 km/h, less strong than the first prognosis.
