A civil plane that violated a temporary flight restriction (TFF) near the president Donald Trump’s Mar-a-lago Estate was detected and “escorted” by military officers on Sunday.
In a statement published on Sunday, the Aerospace Defense Command of North America (NORAD) said that its F-16 combat plane responded to “a general aviation plane” that flew up Palm Beach, Florida.
NORAD, which is an American military alliance With Canada, He said the civil plane “raped the TFR at approximately 1:15 pm time of the day of the east.”
“The plane was (then) safely escorted the area by NORAD AIRCRAFT,” Norad said.

The press release also pointed out that Norad Aircraft had “dispensed flares”, at that time, which may have been visible to civilians.
“The flares were used to get attention or communicate with the pilot,” said the statement. “The flares are used with the highest consideration for security, they burn quickly and completely, and do not represent any danger to people on the ground.”
The NORAD commander, General Gregory Guillot, said the agency “works closely” with FAA to “keep the heavens over the United States safe, with great attention to the areas with temporary flight restrictions (TFF)”.

“The fulfillment of the TFF procedures is essential to guarantee the safety of the flights, the national security and the security of the president,” Guillot added. “The procedures are not optional, and the excessive number of recent violations of TFF indicates that many civil aviators are not reading a warning to aviators, or Nohams, before each flight as required by the FAA, and has resulted in multiple responses from NORAD Combator to guide the offensive airplanes outside the TFR”.
“If the pilot of a plane is intercepted by one of the combatants or helicopters, they must appear immediately in frequency 121.5 or 243.0 and turn to reverse the course until receiving additional instructions on one of those frequencies.”
