Congress will vote this week about a continuous resolution to finance the government. The government runs out of money on Friday. Continuous resolutions are not the ideal way of financing the government. This continuous resolution, however, will allow President Donald Trump To continue carrying out its popular agenda.
Finishing Washington’s waste expenditure is a key part of Trump’s agenda. Three out of four Americans support a “large -scale effort to find and eliminate fraud and waste in government.”
For Americans, auditing federal expenditure and eliminating waste is common sense. To the Democrats, it is a crisis. As the deadline for government financing approaches, Democrats in Congress threaten to close the government.
New Jersey’s Cory Booker Senator, a member of the Senate Democratic leadership, promised to “use all possible tools” to detain President Trump.
Senator Andy Kim in New Jersey said the Democrats would close the government “if necessary.” Democratic Senator Jeff Merkley from Oregon said he is open to close the government. A Chamber Democrat spoke about refusing to give a “blank check” to President Trump.
The problem is that Democrats have been signing blank checks financed by taxpayers for years. Prices rose 20% under the previous administration. The reckless spending of the Democrats, $ 5 billion in four years, is why. Democrats want to block the return of fiscal sanity.
Obviously it is true that the federal government wasted money. Our government is too big. Spend too much. The federal audit of President Trump has discovered billions of dollars in waste, fraud and abuse.
American taxpayers were spending $ 2 million to develop sustainable recycling models in Balkans; $ 19 million in biodiversity conversations in Nepal; $ 47 million to improve learning results in Asia; $ 1.5 million in confidence of voters in Liberia, Africa; and $ 21 million for electoral participation in India.
This is a meaningless expense. Democrats support him. They are willing to close the government to continue it.
Another danger of the closure of the government is that the agents of the border patrol be stopped and our military. If the government closes, the border patrol agents and our troops would have to go to work without receiving a payment.
This is shameful. For years, Democrats demonized the border patrol agents. The Democrats demanded that Congress define immigration and the application of custom (ICE). Now, they want to deprive these payment check agents.
The border patrol agents and ICE officials are carrying out the largest deportation operation in the history of the United States. They are stopping and deporting criminals, drug traffickers and terrorist suspects. 81 percent of Americans support these necessary efforts.
Ensuring the border is a dangerous job.
In January, Roberto Ortiz, a Border Patrol Agent in Texasand his partner were fired by heavily armed cartel members while patrolling our southern border. The heroic actions of Agent Ortiz saved the life of his partner. President Trump honored Agent Ortiz for his courage during the joint speech to Congress.

Heroes like Roberto Ortiz put their lives on the line every day. They make significant sacrifices to protect our nation. They should not have to pay the price because the Democrats are angry because Donald Trump is president.
Republicans will ensure that the police obtain their payment checks. Democrats seem more interested in playing political games.
Close to the government is not a result that President Trump wants. It is not a result Senate Republicans want. It costs money to close the government. And it costs more money to reopen the government.
Americans want to end in Washington expenses. They want Washington, DCTo work for them, not for yourself.
Republicans share those opinions. We want the government to work efficiently and effectively. We are stopping waste, fraud and abuse.

The closure of the Democrats is acting irresponsibly. They are failing US taxpayers, failing the members of our service and failing our border patrol agents.
If there is a closure, it will be driven and directed by the Democrats.
