President Donald Trump sees his commercial war as a way of pressing Mexico to make more to stop the flow of illegal drugs in the United States.

The BBC correspondent, Quentin Sommerville, traveled to the border between the United States and Mexico and tracked the fentanyl smugglers, before speaking with the addicts in Philadelphia.
