A man allegedly kept captive for his stepmother for 20 years deliberately set fire at home in Waterbury, Connecticut, Last month to escape, police said.

An arrest warrant was issued on Tuesday and the officers arrested it on Wednesday. She faces a series of positions, which include first -degree assault, second degree kidnapping and first -degree illegal restriction.
