Samsung may finally release its home robot Ballie

Samsung’s home robot Ballie has been making the CES circuit for half a decade, but now it’s here an approximate timeline for its launch. Samsung has confirmed that the Ballie will hit the market at some point in 2025, though it still has a long way to go. Samsung describes the ball-shaped robot as “a personal home assistant that autonomously drives around the house to perform various tasks.” and connects to your home appliances.

Who doesn’t need a weird-cute robot companion? Yukai Engineering Mirumi introduced, a fuzzy and expressive robot that fits into a bag and “designed to recreate the joyful experiences people have when trying to communicate with a human baby.”

The company also announced Nekojita FuFua little robot cat that blows on your tea or bowl of soup to cool it down for you.

LG’s “Lovely Intelligence”.

LG demonstrated ways to interact with your home through artificial intelligence systems that the company calls “Lovely Intelligence.” LG demonstrated how its AI agent, LG FURON, can be customized for the user and the home, such as detecting temperature adjustments or telling you to bring an umbrella before you leave the house.

The company also announced a strategic partnership with Microsoft for home, mobility and commercial offerings. An enhanced cloud gaming experience for Xbox.

AMD introduced new chips

AMD announced new list of chips for laptops, desktops and gaming devices. The company says the gaming-focused 9950X3D is an average of 8% faster in popular games than AMD’s 7950X3D.

The company is also launching updated processors to power the next generation of Copilot+ PCs: the Ryzen AI 300 series and Ryzen AI Max series, as well as new processors in the Ryzen Z2 series for lightweight and gaming-focused form factors.

Robotic lawnmower from John Deere

John Deere announced electric lawn mower robot designed for commercial-grade landscaping, which the company says can run for up to 10 hours and has 360-degree visibility.

While the mower is quieter than its gas-powered predecessors, it raises questions about whether the mower is up to the task of humans. The company also announced an autonomous 5ML orchard tractor capable of seeding crops, a larger 9RX tractor for farmland, and an autonomous truck built for quarry operations.

Toyota said it was ‘researching missiles’

Toyota has updated its ambitious Woven City project, the automaker’s planned community at the base of Mount Fuji. at CES 2020. CEO Akio Toyoda demonstrated how the company has taught robotic arms to fold shirts Japanese-style to demonstrate its agility.

Toyota also announced that it is a car manufacturer “discovers missiles”. The chairman did not provide any details on what he meant, although he did show an image of a rocket developed by Japanese spaceflight company Interstellar Technologies.

Samsung Samsung introduced Food on Sunday, a new feature on 2025 TVs that uses artificial intelligence to recognize the food it “sees” on your screen and create a recipe for it. In addition to recommending recipes, the feature can show the progress of groceries and deliveries you’ve placed through the Samsung Food mobile app.
